After a breakout season in 2021, Daniel Rowbottom returned to the Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship in 2022 for a second stint with Halfords Racing with Cataclean.
The campaign saw the 33-year-old racer claim a pole position, as a well as a further podium finish at Croft. Rowbottom continued to find flashes of speed across events, regularly placing himself in the Top 10 or on its coattails, rounding out the season in 12th overall in the championship.
