The two-day Goodyear Tyre Test drew to a close this afternoon (13 July) as ROKiT MB Motorsport's Jake Hill topped the times in the final three-hour session.
With earlier pace-setters Gordon Shedden (Halfords Racing with Cataclean) and Ash Sutton (NAPA Racing UK) gracing the top spot earlier on, Hill's fourth tour of Snetterton's 2.97-mile circuit rocketed him up the order.
Halfords Racing with Cataclean's Rowbottom went second fastest, just six-thousandths of a second off Hill's benchmark, with Dan Cammish (NAPA Racing UK) in P3.
Having spent both days in the top four on the times, Tom Ingram (Bristol Street Motors with EXCELR8 TradePriceCars.com) secured P4 once again, while Sutton completed the top five with more laps under his belt than any of his rivals.
With more than 530 tours of the Norfolk circuit driven during the session, the 25-car field notched nearly 1,600 miles of testing this afternoon at Snetterton.
